Shipping charges for orders from the website?

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹799. For orders below ₹799, a flat rate of ₹80 will be charged.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery Time once Order is Dispatched from our end.

  • Mumbai generally takes 2-3 days 
  • Metros generally take 3-5 days 
  • Non-metros take 3-7 days depending on location.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Order Processing :Once order is received, we pack your order is most durable packaging and we try our best to dispatch the order next day. Any delay in the order dispatch will be notified. Customers will receive delivery details via SMS & Email.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You shall receive an invoice for your order through Email, if your order is placed through website.

Do you undertake International Shipping

At Present we don’t, as much we would love to cater and send our products Internationally, we are working on the same and will shortly introduce international Shipping.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

  • If the order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15-21 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • Payment issues arise (e.g., payment not received or fraudulent transaction).
  • Incorrect pricing or product details due to technical errors.
